This policy explains what personal data Unreal Deal collects, why, and what rights you have. Unrealdeal.com is operated by Unreal Team. We are the data controller. Contact: mail@unrealdeal.org.
1. What data we collect
- Newsletter and Saver Kit signups: your email address, and your name if you give it, plus the date, time and IP address of signup and confirmation (proof of consent).
- Email activity: whether you open our emails and which links you click, so we can measure what’s useful and stop emailing people who never read them.
- Website use: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, collected through cookies only if you agree (see our Cookie Policy).
- Messages you send us: your email address and what you write.
We don’t collect payment details. When you buy through a link on our site, you buy directly from the provider under its own privacy policy.
2. Why we use it and our legal basis

You can withdraw consent at any time, for example by unsubscribing. This doesn’t affect anything we did before.
3. Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers who process it for us under data processing agreements:
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France): sends our emails and stores the subscriber list.
- Hostinger: hosts the website.
- Namecheap (Private Email): our mailbox.
When you click an affiliate link, the provider or affiliate network may set its own cookies to record that you came from us. Their privacy policies apply.
4. Transfers outside the EU
If a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, we rely on an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. How long we keep it
- Subscriber data: until you unsubscribe. We then keep only your email address on a suppression list so we don’t email you again, plus proof of consent for up to 3 years.
- Inactive subscribers: if you don’t open or click for 12 months, we may ask if you want to stay, and remove you if you don’t.
- Messages: up to 2 years.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to processing, receive a copy of it (data portability), and withdraw consent at any time. Email mail@unrealdeal.org and we’ll reply within one month.
7. Children
Our site and newsletter are for adults. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
8. Changes to this policy
We’ll post any changes on this page with a new “Last updated” date, and tell subscribers by email about important changes.
